50cpr goes quickly most Days too. This is an odd time for natchez to drop so the masses aren't watching as closely.

You won't get any notifications. It's sold before they can email you. Wish list is a trick to buy out of stock ammo. (usually its actually in stock for a very short amount of time) It's how natchez keeps the bots at bay. Any time it says out of stock put it in your wishlist then click "edit details" then add to cart and purchase.
