Many years ago I called XM, the rep said so you want to cancel? I said no, I want a better deal, rep said you want to cancel? I said no I want a better deal. We went through this probably 8 times. I finally had enough and YES! I WANT TO CANCEL! Rep says, thank you sir, now I can send you the the department that can help you.
