    Many years ago I called XM, the rep said so you want to cancel? I said no, I want a better deal, rep said you want to cancel? I said no I want a better deal. We went through this probably 8 times. I finally had enough and YES! I WANT TO CANCEL! Rep says, thank you sir, now I can send you the the department that can help you.

    Yep, customer retention is my go to for Directv, spectrum, etc, each year when I call. Just didn't recall having to ask for that at Sirius.

    Worked for me at least for internet. Some of it probably depends on whether there is 5G or other competition in your area for internet.
    I wanted to leave residential cable/internet and go to business internet. They would move me but not give me the advertised rate, only the standard rate near twice the advertised rate. Waited and got what I wanted…

    I used to have business internet and wanted to go the other way. I did not realize the huge difference in customer support - business internet has MUCH better support at Spectrum.

    I was too, ended up with one of these - but for about $20. All the alarms you could ever want, even sings to you and answers dumb questions.

    I really prefer the blue light (which I can set low) to the red. That was a nice change. We also picked up a couple extras for our guest rooms (I always appreciated that when I was a guest. The others have 2 charging ports.
