We're in the same boat as Brandon. Our problem is that we REALLY need to mow but the ground is too damned wet and more rain in the forecast.

Ah well, we both agree; we'd rather mow our 4 1/2 acres twice a week than shovel our sidewalk once a year!

Our backyard is still dirt. When we bought this house last fall, the previous owners has a new septic put in right before we closed. We didn't get the yard leveled as we had wishes to so no seed was planted.

Hopefully next weekend that will start.

And that tree needs to come down too.

I cut the front yard last Sunday. Back didn't really need it yet but that may change by tomorrow, or sometime this week for sure. Just went and picked up a truckload of mulch this morning since the mulch place is closed tomorrow. I'll wait until it gets warmer tomorrow to put it down. Already put down 2 truckloads last weekend and could probably use 5 more.

I blew the engine in my mower last summer, and the mower I inherited from my late father (that also doesn't run) is sitting on my front porch...

Suppose I should try to get it running soon.
