Strange culture. They don't seem to expect ANY self control from their men, other than if a woman is accompanied by a male family member (who might kill them for taking liberties), thus any unaccompanied female is seen as fair game and expected to wear A LOT of clothing so that the out of control men won't become overly excited. Too bad she didn't stick a snubbie in his belly and pull the trigger

I don't think it would have much of an effect on them. When they do commit a crime there are enough apologist's within the court system and government to run interference for them.
