No, I didn't listen to the interview. I can't stand talk radio.

The interview is worth a listen. Might be worth making an exception?

Mr. Lucas is quite telling, if you read between the lines and track his mannerisms.

Hammer and Nigel podcast for today is here...

Still sounds low based on the reports I heard.

Maybe he just can't hold his liquor.
Or BAC tests don't assay for THC? But I doubt Lucas would even hint at that, since such admission would also cause him to be come a federally prohibited person. Perhaps "other issues" refers to some sort of pain or other medication?

Still sounds like a good amount of arm waving. I get it that there may be personal items he doesn't want to discuss but from what I've read, that's a lot of wreckage for a .097.

Double Standards. Hypocrisy. While they go after Trump creating a bunch of crybabies saying unfair justice actions, this meatball gets off easier than John Q. Politics are a mess.

One thing I didn't hear was if his license was suspended? Had a buddy with a clean record. Got a owi. He didn't hit anything or damage anything but his truck in a ditch. He didn't try to deny it or lie or leave. Got a huge fine, license suspended for a year and probation

    Yep. Standard issue.

So many things wrong and unfair with this one.

    Impaired Driving
    Countless Moving violations
    Endangering lives
    Criminal Escape
    Impaired irresponsible Carry
    More we don’t know about

And processing and sentencing all within a few hours.

POS leading the people as the Koolaid Cowboys keep him in office.

This was tough to watch. I only made it a few minutes into it.
It's a kind of long video. It makes me sad...lost respect for him knowing this happened. I remember when I was on the local planning commission that I was careful not to drink in public and made a point not to do anything that was going to put me into the public eye. The media loves to make examples of people who screw up when they are in positions like this. I guess it is no different than when LEO get picked up drunk. They should know better for sure.

Lucas had his license suspended for 60 days and will have to enter an alcohol and drug abuse program. However, he will be able to drive for business-related purposes Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Aug. 11.

BAC. Can be a factor also when making a plea agreement
