    Yes, I bought a new to me, Smith and Wesson Airweight 642. It was gently used and at a great price....

    Sooner you start the process, sooner you have the stamp. A lot of people will say they don’t want to wait, and they have the same complaint for years
    SBRs just seem like too much of a hassle. Plus the if you move you have to then ask the ATF again and SBRs have basically no resale value. Not worth IMO.

    You just write them a letter. You don’t ask permission. As long as it’s legal in that state.

    Agree to disagree. I like my SBRs and would do it again
