1911 grips on ARs

I believe I've talked to CM about his.
I love the grip angle so much on a 1911 that I want it on other guns

You can get grips with reduced angle. I run BCM on mine and love them. Or get one of these

That is pretty cool. I was thinking about going the other way, with some hogue finger groove grips.

I like the concept but it would cost me way too much money, all 1911 grips should be steel / aluminum and have nice 25 LPI checkering

there's something to be said though about keeping the weight down on an AR...

Same. I carry a rifle a lot while working and the straighter grip makes a big difference on the wrist when carrying a slung rifle all day.
