NIPSCO wants one to join the "green program" which on average ONLY increasing one's utility bill by $5.31 a month!

Years ago jedis dad got a letter from NIPSCO showing his electrical usage and comparing it to the rest of the neighborhood. His was much higher.

He called them and ask if she account was in good standing... yes

He asked had he ever been late on a payment.... no

He then tells the lady if you want me to continue to be in good standing and have no late payments stop sending me these letters!

If I wanna use more electrical than the rest and I pay for it f... off.

The letters never came again.
