If us rednecks aint drinkin it, might as well try to backfill and get them to take up the slack. ALL IN! In my head, Beavis and Butthead are laughing because, "heh heh. He said backfill!".

The boycott is working because TPTB are allowing it, if not ensuring it's success. The reason TPTB want it to work is beyond me but I'm long past believing that any significant movement/event like this occurs organically and uninfluenced.

Maybe the reason is that there is no great centralized "TPTB" and the demographic of bud light is easily manipulable lowIQANONs looking for the next group to hate.

I mean, unless you have insider info you're willing to share about "TPTB".

Nothing but insults? Is that all you have? You are a pathetic troll.
Yeah, lets keep this between the ditches @XMil. You've got two wheels in the gravel.

No name calling. Official in thread warning to:

Mea culpa , been a rough day.
No worries. A couple threads right now are danger close to a temp lock to cool down.

To all: Given today's tendency to consume cold adult beverages, maybe its time to either stop consuming or go hang out doing something else if you want to keep drinking. Otherwise it wont turn out well.

TPTB would be the instigators of stake holder capitalism, and the implementation and social enforcement of ESG scores. I would think someone high-IQ such as yourself could have picked up on that.

I'm kinda in a bad mood. I might not say nice things.

Here's my excuse. Was driving down the highway ignoring my wife as she talked about...idunno...maybe flowers...whatever. So then she apparently says, hey, you want to stop at Graeter's and get shakes? I didn't hear it and it kinda pissed her off when I didn't reply and missed the turn. I said, I didn't hear you say anything about Graeters. That did not help my case. But now that bridge is closed, because I didn't hear it the first time. No Greaters. She's pissed. I'm pissed.

In terms of business decisions, Bud Light should have picked a lane. It may be too late now. When conservatives started boycotting, they should have just said, we’re a woke beer company, our clientele is now woke people and and if you don’t like that don’t buy our beer. Instead they tried to appease both sides. This country is beyond polite disagreements about politics. Unfortunate that a company can’t be non-political. ESG will probably destroy society.
