I wonder, do you think it's possible that a person could get a LTCH and then sometime after that collect a felony charge. Then present said LTCH during a private sale? Or do the authorities take away your little pink card upon a felony conviction?

It would be revoked, seems like surrendering it was in the verbiage but it’s been awhile.

Considering how incredibly lawful those who hold a LTCH are, there’s a REALLY good chance you are dealing with a proper person.

Patience. It seems daunting but you can do it. Just put some thought into it. I think it took me 4 or 5 days to get to 50.

Neither do most of us. But that doesn't stop me.

The 50 post rule is much debated. But it is a rule. Make sure to post a "hi" in the "new member" section. Read the various threads and add your $.02. It's not too bad.

I don’t worry just about felons but a certain someone trying to get you to sell in a questionable manner in order to shoot your dog.
when I sold some guns on armslist I had a guy offer to pay me extra to sell to him, a MI resident. I have always believed it was one of those someones…

...ha, I stumbled upon this site by accident. Read about the 50 count number of posts to reply to a WTS ad. By the time I reached the post count, had already found what I was looking for. My view is pretty simple, if someone wouldn't want to sell something to me, Oh well! I get it, I guess there are reasons to be paranoid but some take it to extremes. A buddy of mine made a deal for gun safe over a website a few years back. He called me to help him go get because gunsafes are usually heavy, right. Well, we show up and the seller was ready to back out on the deal because my buddy brought me along to help him.....I'll be honest if you're so wrapped in fear that someone bringing a buddy along to look at something you are selling, you're wound way too tight for my blood. My .02¢...I rarely post much on any sites.
