    The short answer is "no". Expungement is another issue, if an individual has a "non-expunged" felony conviction (or convicted of any domestic violence crime, or is a fugitive from justice, illegal alien, etc.) they are prohibited possessor.

    Had some guy claim the "black powder/cap and ball/pre-1 Jan 1899" exception, but that was for carrying without an LTCH pre-ConC here in Indiana. That was on the YouTube comments of Guy's show. I may stick to the radio.

    Today I learned that “fellon “ is an actual word. According to the interballs it means bad person, evildoer. So technically as long as the fellon doesn’t have a felony they can legally possess a firearm. There’s no law about possible intent or outcome and the minority report was a movie not reality.
