    It's 100% entrapment registration. Period.
Based on the last 10 years and 4 flip flops, This isnt a crazy idea.

Revenue just an excuse. We all know that the order came from the White House. Biden wants all guns banned and can’t get it done through congress so just give the ATF the order to ban legal or not.
Chip chip chiping away at our rights.

No, I'm talking about all the speaches made by the business owners in those hearings or whatever they're called. Most all said how much money to be lost and such.

I thought you meant all the money the Government was losing out because pistols weren't being registered as SBR's. I've heard this excuse too.

FUNDRAISER: PSA AR-15 "BRACE-15" STRIPPED LOWER RECEIVER *PREORDER ITEM SHIPS IN 10 TO 12 WEEKS*

    $60

    DETAILS
Here at Palmetto State Armory, we believe the BATF has clearly overstepped its constitutional authority. The most egregious example of this is the January 31, 2023 pistol brace ruling, and other arbitrary and capricious rules over the years.

The best way to reign in the BATF is through the legal system. Palmetto State Armory is a key member of the Federal Regulatory Accountability Coalition (FRAC).

We are donating time, money, and resources as a member of FRAC to help spearhead a legal challenge to this rule that we have filed in court today (February 9th, 2023). We believe this lawsuit has a very good chance of stopping the ATF's unconstitutional overreach.

If you would like to contribute and be part of this effort, $10 from the purchase of each BRACE-15 lower will be donated to FRAC in support of this lawsuit.

This litigation is suspected to cost several million dollars and if you are looking for a way to help, purchasing this lower will help fund this effort.

Another video . . . with some additional details on the GOA & Texas lawsuit walking through the causes of action with some explanations and the remedies requested from the court. The nice surprise is Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General joining the lawsuit as one of the plaintiffs in his official capacity for the State of Texas

Another lawsuit filed in District Court in North Dakota by NRA . . . joined by 25 states (attorneys general) as plaintiffs. Over half the states in the U.S. are taking on BATFE now.

Is this the lawsuit that Todd Rokita got Indiana into?

    .
I need to watch the video as it must be a separate suit than the WV suit I read about the other day. (I don’t think the NRA was listed as a plaintiff(?) in that one). FWIW, Rokita seems to be aligned with the WV suit.
