Those drop boxes were put there because they benefit Democrats more than Republicans. That's the only reason they were there. It makes it a lot easier for ballot harvesting. Makes outright cheating easier. But it's unquantifiable. Surely it helped turn Wisconsin. To what extent, who can say? I'd go as far as saying that without all the rules that were changed by fiat, Trump would probably have won Wisconsin. Probably would have won Pennsylvania. Probably would have won at least one or two others.

Exactly. Those kinds of things make it look like an engineered election outcome. Control in all the factors that tend to make democrat candidates more successful. Control out all the things that tend to hurt Democrats. Clearly the "green" candidate would tend to take some votes away from Biden.

Yes, IIRC the Green candidate took more than twice the vote margin in 2016... i.e. likely Hillary would have taken Pennsylvania without the Green candidate on the ballot... hence 2020 das boot.

Without the mail in ballots, he would have easily won Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and probably Michigan and Arizona. Probably more.
