Can someone please explain the two statements in the article:

”It states that the gun, when working properly, will not release a bullet and primer at the same time just by someone fiddling with the hammer”

AND:

”However the FBI report found that the action could set of a gunshot sound without discharging a bullet.”

I don't think this is an either/or Denny. There is a difference between leg-shackling a senior citizen at a large international airport (Peter Navarro) and performing tests on a single action revolver. The difference being another entity can test the single action revolver.

As is now it's pretty obvious who the FBI gun for. It's obvious what ideology they defend. It's obvious what political party they side with.
