Hard to tell what functionality the SatCom portion of the iPhone13 will actually have? Will it just be an SOS beacon lick an ARC ResQlink? Will it function asa basic 2 way communicator like a Garmin InReach? Will it be real multi-function 2 way satellite communication like a SPOT X? Will it become a SatPhone?

Apple has been too anti-gun and woke to get any of my money for many years.

I did see an article a couple days ago on motorcycle vibrations affecting iPhone cameras...

Which of the tech companies is NOT rabidly anti-gun?

Been using an iPhone on a standard quad lock for 7500+ miles without issue. They do make an anti-vibration mount too.

Gotta pick your battles. If I were to boycott every company/business/artist who’s believes do not perfectly coincide with my own, I would live a very bland and joyless life.

I have heard of Klock Werks brand. Let us know what you think if you buy one.
I am running a Long Ride Shield (LDS) right now and like it.
I also have a web page saved for Clearview's product.
I have a Klock Werks shield on my Tri Glide. I like it a lot. I don't know about all dealers, but Brandt's lets you try a demo Klock Werks on your bike before you buy one. It's much better than the stock windshield. My eyeglasses don't flutter a bunch like they used to.

I don’t normally do group rides with riders I’m not familiar with, but it was an honor to be one of over 5000 bikes to escort this Marine home today.

About to roll out early this morning:

i know quite a few people that did that ride. I kinda wanted to, but I did a much smaller memorial-type ride a few weeks ago, and decided I need to do something about my clutch before doing something like this. I saw lots of riders with sore clutch hands Sunday. We watched from the 3rd street bridge in Logansport. It was an awesome and emotional time.

    I'm not advocating for Apple

Just curious which phone manufacturer is NOT absolutely and totally rabidly anti-gun. I believe ALL are very guilty of being very anti-gun. What did I miss?

Tim Cook is the only one I see in the news.

Other device companies may well have anti-gun policies, but their CEO does not go out of their way to promote the anti-gun, BLM and liberal agenda, as Tim Cook does...

CYA is understood. With the militant social media of today, it's a rare company that can completely stay out of being pushed to make policy on political agenda.

It's different to make the face of your company the flag waving anti-gun/liberal woke agenda advocate. :twocents:

I do get up past Brant's occasionally to visit my daughter. I'll have to keep that in mind. My local Harley only had Harley windshields to try and I saw no improvement. Then I ran across this long ride Shield and I liked it. They do get scratched up over time so it's good to know what else is out there. Thanks.

no, it’s still all of them. you only see tim cook’s face in the news because he’s the only one with a face. who is the face of google? you know, the makers of the OS in all the other phones? wanna do another 30 second search on what google’s stance is on all of the above? what do they promote, hmm? their effect and control over the national (international) discourse is miles past anyone else’s mere opinion. while i can’t stand tim apple and all the woke pc nonsense continually spewing from his ****holster, I’ll give him and apple this much: they are more committed to privacy, and their equipment quality sets the standard. I was a dyed in the wool windows guy forever, til I got my wife a macbook in 2009 *which she still uses daily* and I followed up with a 2011 imac which i still use daily. idgaf what equipment anybody else uses or for what reason, you know, “you do you,” but the logic behind your assertions is horse****.
