Geez. When i clicked I thought I was about to read a Trapper Jim story about someone blowing up their gun/hand/both from double charging a case or something.

Any details as to how it happened?

    No different then 2x charging a 45 acp. Worked ok in a 1928 Thompson and a 1911a1.
Turned the glock into a bag of parts.

My friends finger has a permanent jog in it now. Broke his finger in 3 spots when glock blew up

Didn’t get the finger out of the way before pulling the handle? Was this you or someone else?

Really isn’t a Darwin mistake unless it was another appendage...
Not sure of the details as it was a facebook post of some sort. Not sure how it could not be a DA mistake though unless someone forced his finger into the press or maybe the "press just went off"

Looks like an industrial accident with an automated press. Many decades ago I worked in a record pressing plant. (yes vinyl record albums). You'd be amazed what a 20 ton press can push thru human flesh.
