Warren's truth? Sanders truth? Epstein's truth? Just whose truth are you talking about?

Nope, my truth. The truth that, one way or the other, any association linked to Trump or his associates, by Lev, is problematic. If one cant understand why it’s not a good thing, they are either a sharp as a butter knife, or simply trying to deflect from something they understand.

Parnas MAY be lying, but he also might not be. Given his obvious associations with this administration, ANY relationship looks bad.

He may be lying, or he may not be. The problematic thing would be trusting what he says, because he has a reason to lie. I think as far as how bad the relationship looks depends most on how bad you want it to look. It appears to me that the relationship is with Giuliani, not directly with Trump. And Trump's relationship with Giuliani is bad enough, but more because it's foolish than indicative of misconduct that should rise to the level of impeachment. It seems to me you're making "should" statements based on your intuition. I'm making "is" statements, based on what is rationally knowable now.

”Cheeto ‘jesus’” Is that a problem? Seems to fall in line with other “euphemisms” associated with past political individuals.

“It appears.” Well, when the president’s “personal lawyer,” engages with unsavory individuals, on the president’s behalf, and that individual has a documented relationship with said president, I don’t know how one can claim the president is inoculated from such associations. :dunno:

“it appears” is a rational statement. It’s the most true way I can express it without knowing more facts, or inferring facts not in evidence. And it’s not evidence rising to the level of impeachment.

Last sentence... that’s an opinion, right?

In one sense, yes. It’s an opinion that it’s not in the nation’s best interest to go through the partisan impeachment short of the necessary evidence to establish guilt. But congress can impeach any president for essentially any reason. Even subjective, partisan reasons, which is what we see now.

The objective part is that to the actual crimes the president is charged with, there is insufficient evidence to convict on one article and the other article should be thrown out on its face because it’s a made up crime.

I don't think Trump has plausible deniability in this matter. There is little doubt in my mind that he orchestrated the Ukrainian arm twisting with the assistance/or at the urging of Giuliani.

Does it rise to the level of crime that would call for his expulsion from office? I don't think a majority of the country believe so.

He got his pee pee whapped by Pelosi. Maybe that is enough to get his heretofore unbridled ego under control. Maybe not.

But please don't attempt to convince rational people that Trump has integrity, honesty and selflessness as key personality traits. He's a lying ******* and the sooner he's gone, the better the chance that we will once again regain respect among our allies.

He's not the world president... I really don't give two shirts what they think. FAR beyond that the governance of THIS country should have ZERO to do with what any other country on the planet thinks or feels.

    Allies?

Our allies need to have a hint of fear about us with President DJT and his unpredictable behavior it keeps them in check. Does anyone else understand he alone is making NATO members pay the amount needed. He has stopped China from abuses of trade with a trade war that brought China to the table.

If anyone believes that any progress on international issues would have came out of a Democratic President is delusional “free” stuff isn’t policy.

You can have your respect I will take lighting a cigar with a $20 bill over it any day!

That's a very narrow, isolationist view. Might work well if you're an ostrich.

It doesn't seem as if the China deal is a good bright light test of Trump's ability to have his way. The art of the deal looks like a freshly painted turd so far.
