Yes you are correct and I submit under protest to that every time I fill out my 4473. I'm not talking about the atf in their normal duties in my previous post. I'm talkin about an ffl handing over customers ingo willingly. That's the biggest breach of trust you could do in my opinion.I am pretty sure the ATF has open access to all FFL books with information on buy/sell transactions and visit shops and audit them regularly. Maybe an FFL can chime in here with some facts please?
I don't see how dealer samples are worth that much but maybe I'm wrong. Insured value and replacement value are different things though.WRTV 6 News says the missing items are worth $225,000.00 dollars...BATFE and NSSF offering a $10K reward for information that gets the stuff back.
Someone needs to look up the definition of robbery.
You mean this definition: "Robbery, n., pl. Robberies, the taking of money from another during the sale of .22lr at current prices"

I think that is actually rape as defined.
Or that's what someone knew people would think if they left it there. Everything is an optionAfter the last update about finding the trailer makes you wonder if some of indys gangs were the ones responsible for this. If so it won't be long before the idoits will be posting pictures on facebook with what they found in the trailer showing gang signs and giving the finger.
