It's kinda rare to have this thread active more than just 2 times a year. Usually starts 3 weeks before time change, and up to a week after. Then dead until next time change.

Someone please fix that. Holy **** that's a lot of scrolling. It appears it's a base64 encoded image. That's not gonna work. Decode the bites, save as a whatever image type that is, and repost. Something. Jeez.

Edit: Okay. Apparently that's supposed to be a PNG. It's from an INGO url. That can be fixed. Please fix it.
