Go to KS&E on Pendleton Pike or Beech Grove Firearms. Both had a good selction of Kel-Tecs and at nice prices.

I have a Ruger LCP I paid $259 for but I'm not sure what they are going for now. The Kel-Tec is really just as good.

I've got an Autauga Arms 32 Mark II if interested. It comes with 4 mags and is in great shape. Stainless and probably a couple bucks more than you were wanting to spend but it has the extra mags which were $23 each. DA only and fits in the palm of your hand.
