I can't find them either, I don't think they've been released yet. Considering flu season literally just ended. But the low numbers could be for a variety of reasons, not much mutations so previous vaccines remained in effect along with anyone who received on this season, school closings, as the article stated less testing, I'll even add in less people going to the Dr. for it. Along with much less travel. And even with the record low numbers, that is still a far cry from the stated zero cases.

The stats were on their site about a week ago. It showed around 1k influenza deaths up to that point for 2020-21 flu season worldwide

Okay, that is still a far cry from the 0 cases (not deaths) claimed.

I was being sarcastic.It seemed in the beginning, the CDC was hiding the flu numbers to pad the Covid numbers.

That is strange considering before this one,there were only 6 active Corona strains if I am not mistaken.

There are a lot of possible contributing factors...like all of the "slow the spread" recommendations were based upon what they know about the flu, not COVID and worked...for the flu. Also, as we have seen elsewhere, people are choosing not to seek medical care for minor, and some major, things because they do not want to go where sick people congregate, meaning they never get tested for the flu.

...and probably a lot of things I haven't thought of.
