Hardest to take down & clean, Nylon 66 but I have had a bit of practice
I've bought a few basket case Nylons in my day that people could not figure how to re assemble.
Easiest of course a Revolver, next a 1911

To add to what I had mentioned earlier, my CZ75 pops apart remarkably easy.... and not unintentionally either. :-)

The Ortgies however... gawd... has a nice little unsupported firing pin spring that has to be compressed by hand and "caught" in a little land on the slide... then the slide is a nightmare to get back on without knocking that spring loose and sending three little bits flying across the room.

I don't have a lot of experience with different guns but the Glock is very simple, my 11 year old son does in no time.

My Taurus 809, has a glock style release and only has to slide back 1/8 inch, next is my Taurus 940, it can be done one handed but requires a little more slide back with the rotating slide unlock.

I have to say that my Sig classics are easiest. SigPros are a touch more difficult (having 3 hands would really help getting the slide released).

But I may be biased, my only handguns are Sigs and my S&W 642.
