We liked it too. My wife had some trouble keeping up thoughOnly two episodes in but the Peripheral on Amazon has been very good.
It is one of those stories that unfolds as you go along. There is a lot you do not know in the beginning.Maybe I'll give it another try.
I had a hard time keeping up in the first 15 minutes and dumped it.
FYI- New Michael Connelly book, a Harry Bosch and Rene Ballard novel, dropped today.Using Honey Chandler as a stand-in for the Mickey Haller parts of the story. That way Michael Connelly can have "the Lincoln Lawyer" series on Netflix and make bank on both. Good for him and it doesn't seem to harm the story.
I'll be waiting til January or so to watch it so I only have to pay for Paramount for a short time. Looking forward to it.Reminder...

I don’t know. But since they drop episodes once per week, I’ll let them stack up for awhile then watch them all within a month. Is this still on a different streaming service than Paramount+?
There's a little more to it's wokeness than that, but it was possible to overlook it. Racial diversity and feminism were both very strong in the movies.Watched Elona Holmes 1 & 2 on Netflix this weekend. Fun and entertaining flicks based on the younger sister of Sherlock Holmes with similar mystery solving capers. Pretty much woke free unless you still think allowing women to vote was a mistake.
I suppose so. I just focused on being entertained and not searching for things to offend me.There's a little more to it's wokeness than that, but it was possible to overlook it. Racial diversity and feminism were both very strong in the movies.
I won't say more, so I don't include any spoilers for those that are yet to watch it.

My better half wanted to watch them so we watched them both last night.Watched Elona Holmes 1 & 2 on Netflix this weekend. I'm not sure I would pick out "woke" stuff. I'm still trying to figure out what it all means!I suppose so. I just focused on being entertained and not searching for things to offend me.
