I really don't like to shop at Wal-Mart. I visited a Wal-Mart in Louisville with some friends from work and noticed that they had Federal .40 in 100 count box for $25.97 and Federal 9 mm in a 50 count box for $9.97. That's pretty cheap.

I don't care for the Federal 9mm ammo, but I do go to Walmart and buy the 100 WB Winchester 9mm ammo, $22.97

That's about all I buy there. The prices are great and Lafayette has 4 of them (I think).

I got some great prices on the Winchester Supreme Elite PDX1 124gr. HD ammo in 9mm at the last Lafayette gun show. I paid $16 a box, usually it is around $20 or $22 when I can find it.

Wal-Mart here in Anderson has 9mm/50 for $10.47, but you can pick up the 100rnd value pack for $19.97. Pretty good deal for paper punching!!!

The wal mart here is always a couple bucks cheaper a box than my LGS, but I still buy the majority of mine at my LGS. I like supporting it, I do buiy a box here and there at wal mart though. And most of my 12 gauge bird shot there.

i am not a fan of walmart, but 100 rounds of brass Federal 9mm for $20 is hard to beat.

They also seem to have the cheapest price around on WWB .45 at $35/100. I did buy a few boxes of Tula .45 just to try it out. I will likely buy some CCI Blazer from PSA for $13.99/50.

I've not seen 9mm cheaper than walmart even online in bulk 1000rds and not even counting the shipping costs! It's amazing that no-one gets even close to their Federal 9mm prices.

To answer a couple of questions from people I am too lazy to quote directly :D

Yes they sell .380. If memory serves the one by me only has Winchester, and it is about $16.89 for 50.

They also sell some hollow point ammo, again the one by me does at least. They have Horandy Critical Defense in 9 and .40, it seems it was $19 for 20 rounds, but I am not positive on that.

Most of them also carry the Winchester PDX1 rounds which are AWESOME!
