This case should be booted from orbit along with Fani Willis. She obviously has a pattern of acting like a political creature on top of misappropriating funds for personal gain. She is a corrupt political hack that should be disbarred as well.
I do think there's some truth in that. While there are some who just love them some Trump and will go along with anything he does or says- I do think there is a constituency that wants to flip the bird at DC. Well, I've heard the phrase said before at times from Trump supporters that this is the case. Trump is their symbolic huge middle finger and as Gore puts it, he can understand and respect why they might feel that way. I share the same displeasure about the way things have been going and we all want our voices to be heard.

Yes. We've talked about that a lot. But also, they are a subset of the constituency that wants to flip the bird at DC. They're just uber loyal to the person who is the middle finger.
For the purpose of deciding who needs respect or not, I would not exclude the ardent Trumpers from being respected or from being middle finger voters. No one who wants to vote for Trump deserves the disrespect that the progressives hurl at them, whether they're ardent Trumpers or people who just want things to go back to normal.
