I am going to denny the hell out of this meme. I feel the need to educate anyone born after 1980.
Two DC characters are in a jail cell it appears. One being the Joker(general agent of chaos) and Cat woman(a thief).
Not funny at all, until you add his line. Part of the intro of the intro to Bob Dylan's 1968 song "All along the watch tower" (which became a top 20 hit in 1968). Jimmy Hendrix then, with permission did and released his version of "All along the watch tower" later in 1968. It has been remade by many others since then. The song itself was ranked #40 "Greatest songs of all time" by Rolling Stone magazine in 2021.
So for you ears I give you both Dylan and Hendrix versions.
