    Yup, I got a bolt cutter (3 ft long) that used for my job before health issues, it'd snap those like brittle twigs. Nothing like cutting hardened steel 3/8's thick bolt seals off of rail containers.
    Problem was bolt cutters wouldn't work on the high security "WarLocks" if you didn't have the tool to remove the locking pin, it had to be torched off if you failed to get them removed at the rail yard.
