I only discuss politics in person with some trusted friends. On the internet there is too much that gets lost with body language, tone of voice, etc.

Too many people let politics get the better of them. Discussion should be rigorous, but respectful.

Anyone thinking about going to the NRA convention 4/14-16.? I have never been and think it might be a fun Saturday or Sunday. Get together with some of you, drive one car downtown and see what there is to see?

Tickets are free for members.

Man o man, this weather is killing me. I’ve been sitting from work for almost a month. I can’t wake up at my usual 430am. I’m struggling to get my girl to school on time at 9.

Does the weather physically keep you down (I’m thinking you’re too young for that?) or is your work weather related?

Oh sorry to hear that.

I take a simple vitamin d pill and it really helps attitude and energy in the winter. Not trying to oversimplify your problems, of course.

@MindfulMan we finally broke down and bought a ‘therapy‘ light. Only had it a few days but hopeful it will help my dismal sleep/wake cycle as of late. In that vein, we are goig to make our annual trek to sunny Mexico in February and try to shake the winter doldrums.
Hope the plumber arrives soon and you will be leak free SA!

Henri and I will be there the 13th thru the 16th. We volunteer and I am an inspector. We have to insure that all firearms displayed are not capable of firing. One year we inspected a little over 10,000 guns. Henri will work registration or in the store.
