Ill pass for now but I appreciate the offer. Im not sure when id have a day off to get down there to pick it up.
Ordered a Kidd rear tang today for the TCR22. Might have a project for AllenM or anyone else with milling skills.

Ive been known to mill things from time to time. What needs to be done? Just mill a hole for that threaded slug?

Yes, I think you will need some milling done to fit that to your receiver.
Most definitely. I really don't like the lack of a rear attachment screw for 10/22. And I looked at the Kidd Receiver. That will send me too far down the rabbit hole.

Mill a pocket for the Kidd tang to sit into. I could probably do the drilling portion with my drill press.

Just ordered up 250 rounds of 20 grain CCI 17 hmr from CCI direct. $99.95 + tax, shipped free, thanks to a post by @cb46184

Been wanting to find some 20 grain.

Can't afford the big boy bolt gun calibers, nor would my shoulder appreciate it, but I'm down with the little almost pellet gun caliber that can explode tree rats.

I'm pretty far down it already. I don't want to add up what I've spent so far. Had to order taller scope rings today because I discovered I can't get my cheek at a comfortable position on the stock to look through the scope properly.

One modification always begets the next modification. True in vehicles, guns and more.

And I was just giving you a hard time. You are the R&D dept after all and I do appreciate living vicariously through your adventures.

Figured we could run it up the highway of no pants.
Let me sell my mistake or 6.5 first. If its still around after that ill buy you a cheeseburger and toss you some fuel money for bringing it up to fishers if the offer still stands. I can make that drive and eat a burger in 5ish hours i think. I do have a brother in Columbus but id much rather have a burger with someone in here lol
