Listening to the GA witnesses speak, one thing stands out.

Someone working with one of the dominion machines encountered a problem, so they called dominion.
At which point dominion remotely accessed the machine via the internet and fixed the problem. This means that the machines were connected to the internet, while we've been continually told that they were not.

Please answer this question for me.

You're a lawyer, right? What would you consider the minimum bar to be for a piece of evidence you would consider?
I've not heard anyone describe exactly what that evidence would be. I was under the impression that sworn eye witness testimony, in combination with statistical improbabilities in the data would constitute sufficient evidence for anything.
That's the problem. It is evidence of what that person observed. Nothing more. We don't always observe things correctly, or interpret those observations appropriately.

Your anecdote about Dominion accessing a machine remotely is susceptible to that framework. That's fine that the person testifying believes that to be true. Which terminal? What representative of Dominion? What was the actual problem? Was there another observer to corroborate? There are more questions to be answered before that observer's testimony crosses over into persuasive evidence.

Some of the least reliable admissible testimony is that from eyewitnesses. That's why cross-examination exists.

And, frankly, that's why investigations look REALLY hard for physical evidence and any corroborating testimony.

So several secretary of state's and or elections officials changed the rules unilaterally (without legislative approval) which is not mentioned in the constitution, will this stand or will the votes cast by the changed rules be discarded?

If this stands we are no longer a nation of laws.

Curious - got a link to that? I couldn't find it.

I'm sorry man, it's really hard to point someone to something during a live feed, it's hard to time stamp it. It was the woman who was speaking 1 hour ago during the stream.

Her description was not technical, as she was not a technical person. She described it as being like "when I have a problem with my apple computer and contact tech support, they ask permission to take over my machine and fix the problem."

Were the same procedures in place in 2016 when Trump won those states?

I don't spend much time following this stuff in the media, but when you come across a gem like this...

    https://www.thecut.com/2020/12/melissa-carone-trump-witness-michigan-trainwreck.html

Wow. Even, Rudy has to try and pull her back.

Could you imagine being her waiter... the amount of Pinot Grigio and "I want to see the manager."

Anyone got a source for the full footage of this circus? I want to see the cavalcade in it's full glory - I need something playing in the background as I work.

    FOUND IT!

EDIT: At 2:57 is Col. Phil Waldron who talks about that chart with multiple entries for MI townships. This guy's an IT security specialist, distillery owner, and firearms instructor, depending on the day of the week.

As far as I understand, no, they were changes justified solely by the pandemic and mail-in ballots.

Changes like this were made almost everywhere.

Too global. It doesn't identify a problem or show violation of law. Any of these items that have gone to court have been tossed, haven't they?

Well there's 2 separate camps taking items to court. Individuals and Trump's team.

I don't think Trump's team has had anything tossed yet, unless it's a matter of climbing the court ladder.

Trump's team got tossed back to circuit court in Wisconsin...and they haven't filed in circuit court.

They lost in Michigan and Arizona. I don't remember what happened in Georgia.

Octo***** still has cases running, but she seems enamored more of press conferences than appearing on a docket.

To my knowledge, Trump's team is not pursuing any appeals. If there are some out there, I'd be very interested to know about them.

Mike wasn't specific, so I don't exactly know which state he is thinking of.
Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in particular, though it happened elsewhere. Several instances of dems areas curing registered dem votes while throwing out registered repubs. Negligible discarded mail in votes in GA compared to the usual 6% because they were told to just accept them. Poll waterchers have testified such.

Wiscosin changed rules on Election Day for dem areas...

Ot was sent back down for proper procedure, not merits...

    Another off topic ridiculous post!!!

There are important discussions taking place about Nixon and those that loved him, what Trump would do if we took him back in a time machine to 2002.

Awktually, I brought up Nixon because of the stipulation that the election was about Trump and he was beaten because he was so awful

I believe Nixon was reviled by the left also, and he was re-elected in a landslide. I also think the right didn't somehow think they should vote for a Democrat because Nixon didn't act presidential enough (let us not forget his true opinions of blacks and jews). He is the closest example to a Trump type situation that I can think of, and after '68 and then Kent State I don't think the left was in a forgive and forget mood. So I am at a loss to see how a portion of the electorate loathing a candidate while the other part loved them some law and order would lead to the Democrats winning. Not seeing the lesson of history played out

Found it, really light on what actually happened... sounds like she wasn't the one on the phone... just maybe via USB, but may very well be a ssh login.

Just listening to all the stuff, it does sound like the election management process is chaotic, rules broken, ad hoc, but that alone doesn't mean fraud... inaccuracies, probably.

I guess no sense in throwing good money after bad. He's already done enough to convince loyalist that there's massive fraud.

    Real mission accomplished.
