And I also have no problems using Firefox. The site is frequently slow due to volume of traffic we have in the evenings, but it's never really crashed on me.

    no problems here

Other than occasionally slow I have never had a crash with FF and INGO, I have it open all day long.

I am running the latest version 3.5.2

Yep, I use FireFox and have no problems. Make sure you are running the correct version, and that you don't have IE running in another window.

Disable all that you see (you can re-enable later) if that solves your problems then turn them on one by on until the crash happens and you will have found your problem.

We use FF in an enterprise setting (450+ pc) and have no problems unless someone has added an add-on that is causing it

I use FF exclusively and have never had a crash with INGO. Like others have said, it can be slow during high traffic hours.

You might also try downloading the latest version, seemed to fix a few issues I was having.

Well, I turned off AVG safe search and I haven't had it crash, yet. I've visited the site several times over the past 2 days without incident so i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
    Thanks for the help.
