    Reckless Driving Charges filed based on social media video... this will be an interesting case to watch.

    This is not specific legal advice to anyone, but if I were going to post a video of me doing illegal stuff, the video certainly wouldn't allow the date, time and location to be identified.

    I also saw that on WTHR and am amazed that someone can be arrested on hearsay evidence. Granted the guy posted a picture, but unless there are specific landmarks visible, this seems like the state police embarrassed by the fact they missed someone breaking the speed limit on 465. (Like the other 99% of the people they missed).

    They did additional investigation beyond the video...but they have the highway and mile-marker in it. Good enough to establish location, at least good enough for probable cause.

    Did the said video show any thing would be able to identify the driver?

    You can't arrest a car, right?
