But a Federal Judge ruled Biden, HHS, DOJ, FBI, Press Secretary etc can have NO contact with Social Media companies in an effort to silence viewpoints.

Called it Orwellian and clearly violated the 1A.

Any entity claiming any element of the U.S. Code (law) provides them authority to abridge freedom of speech is committing Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (USC Title 18, Section 242). Prosecute everyone making the argument they "have the power (or authority) under the law" under USC18, 242 and demand the maximum penalty. Any such claimed law giving such authority is unconstitutional.
