You'll need to 'look forward' alright - to 2025

I don't think Pence tweets much, so 2025 - 2029 should be good for you

If Mr Trump would resign a bit after 2 years into his second term and pass the baton to Mr. Pence, that would give him two years to show what he really is, make him the incumbent and he could serve another 2 terms.

As a native son, I'd have to say that Michigan is one of the most beautiful states in the nation.

The residents? Not so much. :)

You would think, but then they'd do like Kut did, and say he has "Trump's stench."

Then within weeks we'd be back to exactly where we are now. Make no mistake, their attacks on Trump are not because of Trump, it's solely because he's the opposition.

Look at GW, McCain, and Romney. When they stood against the Democrats they were the worst people on the face of the earth: war criminals, racists, bigots, sexists, animal abusers, religious loons. Now, after they are no longer a threat, the Democrats and their compliant media are happy to help rehabilitate their image.

The message is clear - we control your legacy and how history will remember you. Do not stand in our way.

Because you can't defend property with lethal force. If they try to enter through the window they broke all bets are off. In today's atmosphere. I would hate to be the test case if I had to shoot someone to prevent them from throwing a molotov through my window - but I think I could articulate a reasonable fear of great bodily harm or death

Got me interested and had to go read up on the law in Wisconsin and it is interesting. I cannot concur with the concept behind the legislation as to why one is not allowed to shoot a nut that's throwing bricks through your windows. That just gives them legal cover and prevents the needed remedy from being implemented. Enough to make you ponder if the brick is coming at you through the window of your car or the window of your home, and whether a brick flying at you is an intentional attack with deadly force. Was a brick hitting an enforcer in the head an attack with deadly force? To my mind that justified opening fire with whatever they were carrying. There's way too many hairs to split and too much philosophishing for me when actually it's just cut and dried. Don't reckon I'd make much of a legislator.

Take a look at the reports on the White-on-White shooting in Denver yesterday as BLM-Antifa ("communists and socialists") clash with opposing salt-of-the-earth Americans.

The shooter was a security guard hired by NBC through Pinkerton's to protect the media.

Chelsea Jacobs, a member of the Denver Communists, said that Saturday’s event, which the group called a Black Lives Matter-antifa soup drive, had been organized in response to a “Patriot Muster” that the group saw being advertised about a week ago.

Seems to me, the press is more responsible for encouraging conflict among opposing sides than the activists themselves.

You are correct, the propaganda wing of the Democrat are encouraging the paramilitary arm of the Democratic party to riot wuth the acquiesance of the political class of the Democratic party.

I thought a day or two ago you had a problem with the word 'seems'. Wasn't exact enough for you when someone else used it

Seems to me the question to ask would be, why does the press feel like it needs armed security - and do they feel the same when covering a purely Trump rally or is it the presence of antics? Seems to me I read accounts of antics prohibiting videoing crimes and threatening someone who was about to live stream a riot

Do you know how small your life is if all you do is follow me around to nit pick?

    Move along.

I don't 'follow you around'. Occasionally when I'm reading a thread I frequent, I notice a slime trail and suspect that slugs have been around. So I put out some salt

I just read what appears to the name, address, voter registration, party affiliation and murder arrest record for the shooter but have no idea if the info is valid.

Why would we think he's a security guard or if he is that it matters? Because the lying TV people said he was? But today, well, we can find anything we want!

Noting you did say “if,” but do you think Trump would actually resign 2 years short of the completion of a full term?

”Lying TV people???” Why in the hell would a News station take on the liability of falsely stating that the shooter was hired by them, when he wasn’t. It defies reality, to even suggest it.
