Presstitutes, lol. I like that one. Wished I would have thought of it.

But hey, this source I know nothing of its validity, anything is as believable as it is equally dismissive at the same time.

The story is basically what many of us have been fearful of ever since the guy got in office.

Which makes it suspect already as they could just be playing to that fear to sell magazines.

Kind of like all the 'buy XXX now, the world is coming to an end' emails as they try to drive up the price of their commodity.

All of the linked "sources" are little more than reactionary right-wing sounding rooms...just like Infowars and the like.

EU Times is a joke people - take it as nothing more than a seriously-intended version of The Onion.

Nothing drastic is going to happen... We'll fund whatever NEEDS funded. What will happen is that the US people will realize that this shutdown isn't affecting them much and I think that scares this administration.

With any luck people will realize that we pay the Federal Government too damn much money that we simply don't need to.

Yep, If Americans suddenly found out that we don't need the Fed. government to take care of us and tell us what to eat, drink, smoke ... Of course this won't be allowed to happen, not now, just as the biggest dose of socialism we seen sense FDR is just getting started. States rights, that has to worry someone like Obama who thinks the central gov should control everybody. The central gov already controls the states with the commerce act, the FDA, the EPA, and of course with the tax money. The constitution is all about limiting the federal govs. powers and giving the power to the States and to the local governments. But this just doesn't work in a Socialist society.
