My twin died a few years ago. Yesterday was a bit rough on my end. I played some tunes, and even shared on the what are you listening to thread. It was a good vent. It helped some.

On INGO you are never really alone. We got you.

Oh man Jar Of Flies. There is another album in this CD binder I was given. Spent so many days listening to that album.

Thanks for the recommendation of Ammirato’s!
I went Wednesday and started simple, home style meatballs and penne with red sauce. It was delicious! Service was fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back and have told DK that’s it’s added to our list of dinner to pick up on my way home from work.

Just went there yesterday after a meeting.
Unfortunately, I got there at 7:15, and they closed at 7.

Serendipity was open, but not the grill.
So, went home and had something out of the freezer.

I was thinking of going with the cheese sauce, and cheddar mashed potatoes.
Deciding if I want to try the chicken with it, or just meat.

Well, that was weird.
Merrillville police just showed up.
Said 911 was called, then hung up, and they were checking up.

But I told the officer, that's NOT my number.
And the number I have is disconnected from the main line till I fix it, so it couldn't have called.

And it's been decades since there was another number here. I didn't remember the number, but it hasn't been connected for decades.


He mentioned it took bit for me to answer the door, was I okay.
Well, I told him I had to put pants on.
Most people don't appreciate me answering in my underwear, and I couldn't find my pants at first.

So, clearing out some brush and trees from one side of the Legion parking lot today, for an expansion, and one of my feet catch a branch and stops.
My other foot goes forward to catch myself.
But it gets caught on the SAME branch.

Causing me to go over like a tree, except for my knee that crashed into the ground first.
Good thing I fell on the parking lot, so that I didn't have any pesky dirt to soften the blow.

Not really. I play in a pool league at the pool hall right there, so Wednesday was real easy.
It’s not too far off my path home, either.
I think I might try the cheese sauce next, undecided on which type of meatballs tho.

I crack up every time I see a million+ house that has snap flooring and vinyl tile. The pool area appears to be real tiles though.

Well, if you like spicy, the sausage is spicy.

The 'mixed' is half way spicy.

Oh no.
I fell right in front of almost everyone.

I'm alright now.
Knee stopped hurting.. mostly.
Just the scrape bothering me now.
