That does not sound appetizing at all.

Now, a pound of sausage, a pound of bacon, a 1/2" ham slice hash browns smothered in sausage gravy and maybe an egg on top that is breakfast.

So, if you remember tyrannosaurus swingset, a gallon will not cut it. Fast forward yesterday, my neighbor went to Menards in MC and they were out. I needed another gallon. Wife on the phone and Google...closest on the shelf availability, yep, 75 miles away in Holland, MI and they can't ship to IN due to some law. I guess everyone built decks and now is the time.

I just want to finish the job.

On to the next shortage...I know chicken is on the docket and if you don't have beef lined up, $$ corn is keeping farmers from buying calves. Dad gave me the 411 on the current market situation.

Are they gonna have a michael jackson singer?

The Hard Rock Casino in Gary has a bunch of Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 memorabilia. That’s worth the travel alone, to me.

My girlfriend and I went Friday and got there around 7:30 PM. The parking lot was full, there was traffic backed up on the westbound offramp on 80/94, and GPD doing what they could to assist with the whole situation.

I had hoped to see the memorabilia, as noted above, and have some delicious Casino buffet food. Sadly, we wound up giving up on that dream for the night and went and to Pokeman in Merrillville. I’ve never been there, but dayum, that’s some good eating!

On Saturday I went shooting, so that’s always a fun time! I had gotten some AR500 knockdown targets, so those steel ducks and silhouettes got what was coming to ‘em!

Here’s what the Gallery looks like now.

Went to Westforth for the first time yesterday. They have a crapload of inventory.

I think I may have audibly gasped when I went there about a month ago (my first time going). Have they changed from their goofy pandemic hours? Closing at 3 keeps me from going there on the weekday.

I pass by that place often, it is 4 blocks from my house.

I got gas yesterday am across the street from it and there was a lot of Gary police activity.

I foresee no good coming. That is unless you consider the welfare money that will go into corporate and .gov coffers and not into the upkeep of their children.

I did for the first season or two and kinda lost track, but seeing the previews, wasn't too sad. I might try again because season one was good.

I was just asking, because I had a bad feeling about the season finale HOOK.

I thought there was going to be a bloodbath at the wedding, but it was not as bad as I had imagined. (No shooting)

I only have a couple of series I keep up with NCIS (the original) Bull and The Rookie.

The only way for Gary to become even a shadow of its former self is with investment. I see the casino as a step in the right direction. Hopefully the area surrounding the Hard Rock Casino will become flush with commercial zoning that will lead to further economic growth in the area.

If Detroit can be turned around, Gary can, too.
