    ffcocb = pink

    ffb6c1 = light pink

    ff69b4 = hot pink

    ff1943 = deep pink

    Jedi thinks the hot pink may look best on this website due to the background it uses which is non-white
    Ok now find a better PURPLE this looks washed out.

    Dollar General had some decent car shovels last year for $10. Don't know about this year.
    Thanks for the tip! I'll check and see if that's still the case.

    Funny part is I have recovery gear for vehicles with hitches but I never considered that that does nothing for the people most likely to be stuck on the side of the road.

    Stopped at copper custom today. Lots of cases of ammo but a little salty too
    Last time I bought ammo there, which was around the second week of January, it was 9mm training rounds and they were charging $30 a box. $0.64 cost per round out the door isn’t exactly a deal, but right now it’s not a ripoff, either. If I was hurting for ammo, I might bite simply for the fact they’re so close.

    Shoveled out my first random stuck persons car in Merrillville yesterday.

    Learned that I need to add a snow shovel to my winter kit.
    You might be surprised how much a little bit of sand can help when a car is stuck. Throw some in front of/back of (whatever way your going) and a little on top of tire and it can save you quite a bit of shoveling. I keep about 10, 5 gallon buckets full in the back of my plow truck and a 1 gallon ice cream container in the trunk of my car.

    The bonus to all of this is you get to go buy a gallon of ice cream for yourself. The downside is finding the sand. It is downright expensive if you do not buy in bulk. This year it was $17 for a ton. I line the back of my dump bed with 5 gallon buckets and have a ton dropped on that. Little bit of cleanup, put the lids on, and that lasts about three years.

    I know Costco had/has folding shovels that had a decent sized surface. I have one in my truck, besides the E tool I've had since the 90s (obviously moved from vehicle to vehicle). Costco one is a flat head so not as good for dirt as the E tool.

    Yea, since my jeep, I have vehicle recovery items that have been added to since then.
    Besides the sand, kitty litter works great too. Also, use their floor mats for traction. They work fairly decent in a pinch.
