Well, the regular search box just worked for me also. Didn't work yesterday. Got the same blank page others were reporting.

Change happens, it's part of life. I don't like it when the interfaces change and don't really do anything different but the world has moved on from my first basic program written in 1972 and a dial up modem.

Some people will ***** (female dog) about anything (everything) but in the end change happens.

I've been on forums with that software before and it's fine. As someone else said, it's usually the overall quality that suffers, but I have a feeling that has to do more with the subject than the software (specific firearms dedicated forums, or specific vehicles, as they fall out of popularity).



FWIW, I have to specify "forum" in my g-foo searches or I just get ads and spam from the mothership, regardless of topic.

So, if I don't want a bunch of spam only trying to sell me stuff, I have to search "Good circular saw blade forum" as an example.

Then there's YouTube being the first result on everything. I don't mind that, but I don't always want 30 minutes of one guy's opinion... I want 30 1 minute opinions sometimes.

Anyhow... Into the future we go! I'm looking forward to hoverboards!

Could we just get at a “thank” button instead of the rep system? On second though I know the wheelers/dealers want the rep system. But a thank button would be nice.
