My new deer rifle

Well not exactly built for deer hunting, but with the new regulations it should work.

It all started several years back with this:

After several instances of life getting in my way, I finally completed my 1903-a4 build:

And yes sloughfoot, I will be bringing it out for the sniper rifle match

I have a fairly large collection of surplus rifles but sadly not a single American rifle among them. Just haven't been able to afford one. The Garands and Springfields are particularly pricey.

That is a very pretty rifle though. What sling are you going to use?

I have not it yet. Weather dependent, I might get to shoot it in today.

i have not selected a sling yet.

and I guess I am a little behind on the match schedule hahaha
