I've never had pineapple as a burger topping, but I've had cole slaw which is pretty good. Sounded crazy once.

Now I could see that. Have you ever heard of a sandwich called the "Rachel"? It's basically a Reuben, but with turkey in place of the corned beef, and cole slaw in place of the sauerkraut. They're good! We served them when I worked at Friday's, but we called them a "Turkey Reuben".

I think the Bagel shop in Broadripple has a bagel called the Rachel.

Between the Bun on the southside of Indy is one of my favorite burger places. At one time they had a Hawaiian burger with a pineapple ring on it. I had it, it was good.
