Altering DNA...
Well, there we are right back again. Yeah, scripture says there was some hybridization going on as do some of the slide rule cats of the last dozen decades. Some of the DNA analysis reported the past year or so (mummified remains from South America) has been pretty interesting too if one is into that sort of thing. But then there's that lady that used to be a senior counsel at The World Bank telling about the race of beings who control mankind and now there's recovered anatomical evidence being assembled of a separate breed that has been in rulership positions in the Old World and the New. Oh and let's not forget Dr. David Jacobs and I.D.E. Thomas.
Tell you what, I didn't go down that mole tunnel very far before starting to have some sympathy for what Noah was putting up with. But there's light at the end.
To get back to the original topic about whether there is intelligent life beyond our planet, sure there is. But what does "beyond" mean? There's the physical reality we can gaze at through a telescope or if close by launch a missile at it with some tinker toys on the nose. And then there's the invisible realm of beings that have always been here, that manifest themselves in our reality at their pleasure rather than ours. Are they "intelligent life"? Well, they're smart enough to fool people.

Since God and the angels are not from earth they would be aliens.
If there is intelligent life somewhere else i doubt they are any more advanced than we are. I'm sure they have had a terrible history as we have and lack of cooperation and wars.
I'm a Bible believer myself and I'm sure there are other people or beings on other planets that were created around the same time. As many solar systems and galaxies as there are out there and the great distance between we will never find out so it's basically a useless pursuit. Star Trek is fiction for a reason the biggest part is the speed at which they travel. We will never be that advanced because socialist/communists will eventually take over the world and that is pretty much the end of advancement in science. Why because they dumb down the people to control them. They do not advanced education ever.
Back to Star Trek speed. Even at their most advanced warp speed it would still take hundreds of years to travel around the milky way galaxy. Imo a waste of time trying to find other people or beings.

Is your premise that when the bible speaks of "sons of God" boofing the daughters of humans.
You are reading that as literal sons of God. Not in the sense that we are all Gods children but these sons were literally son of God. Kinda like Jesus?
If I'm correct in your premise. I can see how one could read that as dna mixing.
There is much debate about what Nephilim exactly are. Some believe "sons of God" to refer to angelic beings. I do not know the answer.
You opened a challenge for where the Bible, "describes, implies or states" that something happened in the past with humans.
You asked for education.

I’d say to answer your last question would be making contact, if we haven’t yet. If we know with certainty they exists, that is.
The theory is aliens that have been around long enough to have tech that would be advanced beyond star trek travel and more like travel in dune by folding space. So in a moment you could be anywhere you want to be in the universe and at any time. The aliens would not be limited by time or space. These aliens would seem like gods to us.
I doubt that there are any more advanced beings than we are. Everything was created at the same time be it you believe in the big bang or creation.

That doesn’t mean living beings were all created simultaneously, or some living things aren’t more intelligent, with different resources on their planet to make equipment our resources can’t.
Given the overall age of the universe... 1000, 5000, 100000 or 1000000 years of development/head start over us and things get interesting quick.
