Hell, what do I know? Maybe a cricket field is just what this city needs to convince people to stop murdering others. Or maybe if we all just had an improved mass transit system we would all be safe from harm.

A non cricket player would be forced to pay for the cricket field. A non shooter would be forced to pay for a range. How is one any more or less socialist than the other?

I would settle for parity. There are bound to be a few more shooters in the Indy metro area than Cricket players. We deserve a state funded Indy Metro Area Shooting Range - 1000 yards or so.

I'm all for promoting sports and recreation but not with my tax dollars. Let me clarify that. I'm OK with our Public school systems and Parks having reasonable facilities. I disagree with building professional sports arenas on the taxpayer's dime.
