I’ve only been one time—last summer—and got what I was looking for.

What’s the entry-level / budget-friendly AR inventory looking like this year? To be more specific, I’m looking for something in the $500-600 range that I can use as a base to slowly upgrade.

Just to clarify since talk to text from my phone is hit and miss at best...

I was referring to "Mexican-Carry" (no holster, carried in belt) of the S&W 500, not to anyone's ethnicity.

Talk to text can be quite racist, text to spouse saying "Watch out for black ice"...

Thank you. I know sometimes the prices aren’t that great—counting on an impulse buy—but I’m holding out hope there could be something in my ballpark…even upper/lower.

After a quick walk around, ZX guns has radical arms AR’s $450 – $500. Smith & Wesson MP sport two, $800.

Across from our booth is Acme machine, they are running a special you pick the built lower you pick the built upper, $500 for the click two pins and you have a complete rifle deal.

That is all caliber, except 450 bushmaster and 458 SOCOM

Somewhere Wingmasters, some are police magnums, some are magnums, look like the magnums were $375, the Wingmasters, which were blued, but they’d seen some use, were $350 – $399
