Name a retail chain that has stores in Monroe, Clark, Jefferson, LaGrange, and Lake counties and sells bulk bird seed.

Every variety of bird named in the article visit my feeder. I buy Country Road brand distributed by Rural King. It states on the label "Packaged in the USA". I understand that doesn't mean the seeds are all sourced from the USA but it's the closest I have been able to get to "Not made in China".

SARS-Cov3 designed in the Wuhan Avian Virus Extension (WAVE) where they were designing and doing gain of function work on chicken flu viruses in an attempt to learn how dangerous bird viruses might cause a bird epidemic and one of their chickens ran away.

A wild guess here - lots of cicada issues because of the fungus this time. Perhaps birds eating contaminated cicadas didn't sit well. We have a female cardinal that has been flying up and pecking our window every day. Sometimes for an hour straight. First time for that in 23 years we've lived here. Perhaps it's tripping ballz.

Cardinals do that for some reason, maybe they don't like their reflection.

I remember the cicadas in the past and don't remember any of this with the birds.

I've had Huge numbers of Orioles this year and last.
The Orioles and the Red finches are the only ones that visit my grape jelly and Oranges feeders.
Is it only affecting the seed eating birds ?

I heard a theory that it was mostly in the cicada areas. And it was possibly people spraying insecticide to kill the cicadas and the birds ate them, and it’s killed some of the birds. Just a theory. I have feeders and have seen zero dead birds.
