Yes it says not more than one year imprisonment and up to $5000 fine.Are there are any criminal penalties attached to violation of the possible new code? ...if not, meh.

Here's hoping it passes the house and that Pence has the guts to sign it. Hopefully David Long won't get his hands on it and kill it, like SB130.
