We all sit here talking over the finer points of the 2nd amendment. Why? We all know that the constitution and the bill of rights was written not to confer rights but to stop dead in its tracks government from interfering with our creator given rights. So I leave this here.

"No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."

Any law or regulation made to limit, change, subvert, coopt, any of the bill of rights is null and void and yes that includes the 2nd amendment.

So quit debating gun control..... Resistance is not futile!

It isn't whether you believe it...it's whether the jury composed of your "peers" can be convinced to do so.

If enough people are fed up..... Like I hear all the time on here you can't jail 6,000 people or more for disregarding invalid " laws " that arnt really laws to begin with. Since the " laws " by their nature are in direct conflict with the constitution.

As were so fond of saying on these forums " what part of shall not be infringed " do you not get. It doesn't say ( some times be infringed ) or ( maybe be infringed ) or ( possibly be infringed )

    You get it, right?

    Just asking.

And as for shall not be infringed....right. That doesn't change that fact the State authorities do and will continue to line up to infringe.

Their not our masters, their our servants. And as such when they get out of line its our place to put them back in line. How can we let tyrannical politicians stay. If they Prevert the constitution and disregard direct and specific wording to coopt it for their own ends

Sounds all good till the ATF is knocking on your door and you are going to jail for 10 plus years. We should work to change the laws to the best of our ability.

And what would happen if the ATF did that and the next thing they knew the whole neighborhood was standing on their lawns watching with rifles, shotguns & pistols in hand.

The issue becomes popular opinion, not just the opinion of the people on INGO (even some of them disagree). There is a very slim minority of the population willing to take up arms against those enforcing laws that they believe to be unconstitutional.

We the people need to take back the power that was taken from us over the years and stop apologizing and making excuses for our supposed leaders. WWtFD?.... What Would the Founders Do. At this moment at this time.

I'm making bracelets and bumper stickers I think...

There will always be agents of the government ready and willing to ensure your compliance to whatever laws that are on the books or whatever judgement comes down from the courts. Just ask the folks in the internment camps of WWI and WWII and the people disarmed in the aftermath of Katrina. You'll likely always be out numbered and out gunned.

If George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and the rest were alive today. Do you think they would start a revolt?

Sounds like someone wants to reargue Marbury v. Madison.

Internet rebels unite!...in relative anonymity....theroretically....in front of your keyboards.

No taxation without representation....that agrees with me all the time!

We all know what the Founding Fathers would do. They did it. But the owner and founder of this particular forum has made it abundantly clear that that kind of talk will not be tolerated or discussed on his forum on his dime.
