Help finding thread about satelite

I remember within the last few motnhs there was a thread on here about some sort of satelite that could track many different things at the same time (cars, people etc) with great clarity. I think the name of the satelite was in greek and translated to something like "1000 eyes" any help finding this thread greatly appreciated
