I dont know of anyone in particular that specializes in that locally, but I have done one myself...it was not difficult and turned out well(did my fist one on a damaged stock, practice run).
If you have access to a band-saw/chop saw, masking tape, and a belt sander(and belts) you can do it in a few hours.

Id help you out but I work 70 hours a week right now...so no chance of that happening.
Indiana Gun club in Fortville usd to do it. If you know carpentry you should be good to go. I've done it wtih a chop saw and belt sander. Although the wood part is pretty easy, some recoil pads are hard to machine cleanly.
